We want you and your feline companions to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

Returns & Refunds

- You may return unopened, unused cat litter within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

- Items must be in their original packaging.

- If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Refund

- Email us at support@smartylitter.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of any damage.

- Once we approve your return, we will provide instructions for shipment.

- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exclusions

- Opened or used cat litter cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
